SEMINARS
INSPIRATIONAL – INSTRUCTION
Each year, at a place to be announced, WOTI conducts a weekend Instructional Seminar where students meet face-to-face. This begins on Friday evening and ends on Sunday evening. Credits are given for both attendance and participation.
The seminars are devoted to intensive training for rounding out basic studies and acquiring abilities learned from written materials supplied during your courses. Lectures are held and students are required to attend, according to their course of study.
These seminars offer the student a unique opportunity for inner growth and a chance to share a bit of the experience with others and the faculty.
Except for unusual circumstances and situations, this one-time-a-year seminar is mandatory for all students. A waiver may be obtained prior to the Seminar, stating circumstance, situation and problem which prevents a student from attending.
For those who may be graduating or have graduated, this is also a time when Ordinations may be held. This is a time for spiritual growth!
Families and friends are always welcomed at these Seminars. However, additional costs may apply to them.
Travel and living accommodations are not included in the basic fees and charges at WOTI. This is an additional expense. Registration is normally $25.00 per seminar and should be paid when submitting registration forms for the seminar. If students fail to register prior to the actual holding of the seminar, showing up at the seminar late; an additional $10.00 late fee will be charged.
Dependent upon the ability of WOTI at the time, student’s may apply for assistance to meet the requirements for attending these seminars when they are held. WOTI makes no implied guarantees, promises or warranties as to finances and/or other arrangements concerning these seminars. All effort on the part of WOTI to assist a student in securing temporary lodging and transportation during these seminars goes without saying. We will do our part to ensure your potential attendance, if at all possible within the confines of our own ability and means to do so.
