TRANSCRIPT OF COMPLETED STUDIES
The first transcript of completed studies, courses, grades and credits earned will be provided to each student at no cost.
Additional transcripts, for any reason whatsoever, will be provided upon written request and with the submission of $5.00 for each additional "Certified" transcript.
All transcripts received and/or issued to or from WOTI must be "Certified". If WOTI is to receive any transcripts from other institutions, colleges or universities, they must be "Certified". Copies alone will not be accepted.
Students may authorize in writing for WOTI to forward any official transcript to any other college or university, company, person or firm including sponsoring bishops or religious superiors.
