To Whom It may Concern:
I’ve received the enclosed and find it appalling that this confirms what I’ve suspected and been told here in Luna County concerning those in your department who have handled telephone calls asking questions about the undersigned.
Personal Opinions can and may land the county and the Sheriff’s Office with one hell of a lawsuit because what an officer says over the telephone while on the job (even off the job as an Officer) can and will be dealt with.
Read the enclosed and take it for what it may be worth. The name of the sender and other particulars have been deleted for the reasons explained in the ARTICLE/LETTER as it is an item that was apparently meant and intended to serve both as an ARTICLE for publication and a letter to me.
I had been told about some of your officers speaking out of turn. How they can predict something in that supposedly will take place in the future says much about who they may be since they apparently would appear, in my opinion, to be friends of and with the publishers of THE LIBERTY PRESS, Myra Coyer and Gordon Mast as well as Lee Gollihuge and his sleep over girl friend. The Beeman, as Lee G. is referred to, was the one who obtained some of the court records out of California in my case and then provided that information to others without proper form or consent which caused for them to contact the so-called “Victims” family.
What is not known is said or stated in the enclosed “Stranger Dangers than a Stranger” or “What I’ve Seen and Heard” or “What they Don’t Tell you in THE LIBERTY PRESS or on CNN”.
I really don’t expect a response from either of the two of you because Undersheriff Chicotelli has lied to me, personally, last year when he said he’d be writing me a letter in response to what I had previously written at the time. This tells me your word is not good and therefore because of the actions of the Sheriff’s Office to continue in allowing for harms to be done illegally against me in the printed form and otherwise; I no longer trust any of you, except a very few. You do have a couple of good men in the Sheriff’s Office, but I wouldn’t give the majority of you any trust with life or limb.
Read the enclosed and know I’m not alone and others are, more than I realized, watching what is going on here in Luna County.
I am not a “Mr.” but a priest, and, as you already know… I am referred to as “Father” because of being the spiritual father to many … I don’t care whether or not you or those under you want to believe or disbelieve anything about my protecting the SEALS OF THE CONFESSIONAL, but others do! I am not alone, obviously! And those in your department who don’t believe or want to believe are either cultic Protestants themselves or anti-christian while many are, as said in the enclosed, “Pseudo” christians at best. As for the few who may be members of the Roman Jurisdiction of the CATHOLIC church, are sheep being lead astray by the errant Pope of these times as they have in the past. The Faith of the parishioners is not necessarily wrong, but the politics of their priests and hierarchy are at issue. And don’t even try to use the idea of separation of Church from State issue for that bird don’t fly since even the Judges of most states and even the Federal Court have referred to priests, including myself as “Father” or “Rev. Father” sometimes “Doctor” or “Reverend”. Get it right since you and those with you are supposed to be examples which so far have not been very good examples of respecting others of religious bearing unless they are political players from the cultic Protestant wing.
I shall be moving in February 2008 back up to Deming. If I should continue to be harassed, hassled, followed (as it is known there are those who have done so and photos don’t lie), continued telephone calls with silence at the other end, etc. I shall take matters into my own hands to bring such action against not only your offices but the Office of the Commissioners and others since there appears to be more mounting evidence against all of you having to do with not just myself but other areas of life and living in the continuing and mounting evidence of corruption in Luna County, New Mexico.
If the Deming City Police or any of the “Good Ole Boy” cronies you are politically in bed with continue in their activities to thwart me and those with me; action will be taken. This is not a threat but a promise. I’ve had it with two-facedness, lies, cheap gossip and many other things. You have yet to make an arrest for the Torching of our place. You have yet to stop the culprits who incite the fear, promote cheap, tawdry gossip (Un-Christian and Anti-Christian) and other misguided actions.
Some of those who are cultic protestants and un-christian; who do not believe in or respect anything CATHOLIC or the SEALS OF THE CONFESSIONAL do so more because the SEALS OF THE CONFESSIONAL are applied by those who are CATHOLIC and those who are Protestant (for most of them) cannot, in a court of law, use or claim them because of their mis-beguided, false doctrines and dogma.
If you are not a part of the cure both within and outside your offices, then you are a part of the problem.
