[ First Editorial Note & Comment on this subject: The following is a copy of what was served by Certified Mail upon the Luna County Sheriff's Department on or about Wednesday-Thursday - January 2008. It is important for each of you to know and understand that because of the depth and seriousness of the corruption on-going in Luna County which has been a never ending battle between the "Good Ole Boys" (who, by the way, meet most of the time at the Grand Hotel in Deming) - - - - the County Commissioners and other so-called important political people, and the actions displayed by those of the Luna County Sheriff's Office and other departments or areas of Luna County government; people who are empowered with such authority that is often abusive unless you have money, power and pull... you may, if you fight or oppose them; may cause for you to eventually loose your land, be torched out of your residence or threatened over the telephone with their hope you will move out of Luna County. They believe themselves to be very good Christians, some believing that because of their political ties (having, in many instances, selling out the people of Luna County to the desires of the County Commissioner's as happened in 2006 when Ordinance #37 was being fought so hard... well, its apparent they do not know what it really means to be a True Christian in both spirit and in Truth (by action, word and deed) We are partly talking about those who even publish THE LIBERTY PRESS (Myra Coyer, Gordon Mast and many others who are their extensions).
So, in posting the following, we have had to take the advice of the author of STRANGER DANGERS THAN A STRANGER and delete names, where appropriate, in order to protect people who do not need to be harassed, etc. as explained. Whenever we receive verifiable information or such that come from reliable and known sources who are one in spirit and truth with the Church (even though they may not be members of the jurisdiction of the American Orthodox Church or the North American Orthodox Church, we intentionally destroy that information in order to protect them after inputting the information they provide because we have found that, as alleged, certain employees... PEOPLE... no matter whom they may work for in any government agency, are motivated by their own agendas to help themselves without forethought to any one else (It is similar to "You help me and I'll help you" (like when someone who has property that is going to be tagged/fined for a violation against an ordinance) - Favoritism of sorts.
In some areas of Federal Government, it is opined and alleged, this might fit in with what might or could be alleged as "Criminal Racketeering" or some other laws....
As has been experienced, there is no sacredness by people who even claim themselves to be Christian, for as experienced, they will invade or gain access to Church files (if they can) by hook or by crook or by any other means possible, if they can. So, we do take precautions of immense proportions, even to how some people may get that information to us without mailing directly to us at our main mailing address or e-mail. ]
[ Friday - 1/11/2008 - Additional Note & Commentary: At approximately 5:45 P.M. New Mexico time, tonight, Father Thaddeus received a telephone call. The caller I.D. showed the number of a friend. When answering he, the male voice, claimed he was someone whom Father Thaddeus supposedly knows, being a so-called victim in his California Case of 1990. He claimed the information posted in "Stranger Dangers than a Stranger" is "slander" and libel (sue-a-ble). However, as was pointed out to the caller, there were no names showing of the purported victims. Truth is not slander!
What really was interesting is that the voice did not even sound like the person who he claimed to be. And if he was so concerned, one would think that one would be most honest in calling and not hide behind telephone technology to confuse equipment as to the calling party's number. Once again the shenanigans of great deception continues both in THE LIBERTY PRESS and now on the telephones. The article/letter itself ... the contents is that of the author's. We only posted what we received and it was sent to the sheriff of Luna County only because of the continued and continuing harassment and wished to let the Sheriff's Office be aware of what others have had to say who had first hand knowledge of the events that took place in those times of the past as well as what some of the Sheriff's Officers are doing which goes against the grain of being public servants.
If there would be no further writing concerning anyone, it might be possible that all information on websites under our reporting could be removed. But that would be very dependent upon the author or publishers of the news rag to stop their continued speaking and writing to cause havoc and harassment against anyone which has been alleged and is therefore believed to have caused for the torching of our residence in March 2007. We have, for sometime, believed that all those actions and activities are the extension of a BLACKMAIL letter issued at the Commissioner's Meeting of 2006.
If such were to happen; that is the cessation in print and in speaking against us and others, it is only proper and right that reciprocal action would be taken so as to let those things of the past stay in the past and everyone could get on with their lives and living. But will that happen? Knowing who the publishers and their cronies are, it is unlikely such would be considered or even take place.
We too would like to let the past lay in the past because it is well known people can change and do change. Regardless of what anyone wants to believe or disbelieve, the morals of people and a society do also change over a period of time.
But time has shown, here in Luna County, that those who are the publishers of THE LIBERTY PRESS are not ones to let the past lay especially when others who have a past are also in the fight against Ordinance #37 and corruption in Luna County. And, after all, knowing that they, the publishers, were caught in selling out the people of Luna County to the Commissioner's it only stands to reason that they also should be the first to put into print there own desire to put the past aside and get on with life, living and the fight against corruption too. If that were to be met, you can bet (as already said) reciprocal action would be taken to do the same or similar. As for the organization "Luna County Freedom" - it will continue with us and those with us.
As for the caller, whoever he may have been... there is no vocal resemblance to the person he claims to be. And the fact that the telephone I.D. caller was hidden or disguised, says much to further deepen that suspicion. If you are whom you claim to be, then drop your writing and drop things of the past and get on with life. We also would do the same. We have no desire to cause harm and we do not wish for many things that would be hurtful to be seen or heard by the public because it is in the past. The intent of the publisher's in their bringing about the column itself was to prevent and lessen the ability of one person to continue in the fight against Ordinance #37 and corruption and the continuance of an organization geared to that same fight. But, by writing the articles that you have (or is the column really written by one, two three or more other people?) ... you show your animosity and desire to take sides to create a vengeance which goes against the grain of every code and creed known unless one is a Muslim in these times? We don't care... Think about it... For if you are whom you claim to be, then what you have written only shows that you have left the traditional roots of your faith of upbringing and are no longer a True Christian in both Spirit and Truth! We can let sleeping dogs lay, but can you without continuing? Because the individual who wrote the article stated many truths, it could not be set aside. Because if you are whom you claim to be, you were responsible in those times of the past as you are now and what you have done was done with knowingness of right and wrong. We are all sinners no matter who we are. What our sins are should not have to be made public... I carry my own. Why can't you? Let it lay and so shall we...
This web site only reports what is supplied and if it is known to contain information relating to truth, then it gets posted where necessary or needed to correct error or to bring information relating to the corruption on-going. This whole mess was brought on, if you read the article sent to us, by your continued writing to do harm and damage to us. ]
[ Update 1/13/2008: Apparently there is another "pretender" to being the author in THE LIBERTY PRESS of the column STRANGER DANGER. Last night, Saturday, we received another telephone call from someone who claims to be the author. Different voice but more credible in what was said but yet, in the end, could not have been the person whom he claims to be.
It seems the publishers of THE LIBERTY PRESS cannot keep their people organized or controlled. We are sure it was one of their member extensions from someplace in Luna County, using the same telephone technology or another form of it that can cause for the recipients telephone to show false I.D. caller information as a means to get us to pick up and answer the phone. Rather interesting!
As the original article of STRANGER DANGERS THAN A STRANGER points out, many things could be deleted from the article if desired. Many things were removed. But, so that you the viewer may have some idea of the seriousness of the issues involved, we shall post at least one (or more) items that we did not include in the original posting at this web site of what was initially contained. Read through the whole article to the end if you wish to see just one (or more) of the items we removed. There is more than just the one or more being shown.
If there are to be any more callers claiming to be the author as happened last night and the night before; the question is answered by the same as we've already raised about how many authors are there of that one column? In this instance, it seems to appear that there is more than one after all. ]
