We of the Orthodox jurisdictions of the Catholic Church, especially those of the jurisdiction of the American Orthodox Church, North American Orthodox Church, the Catholic Christian Church and many of those who belong to the various monastic communities and holy orders... we applaud this article.

Now, let us make one special point clear for those who are either foolish in their thinking and errant in their "Christianity" of understanding what it means to be a true Struggler In and Of Jesus Christ!

In short... for many you, you have to begin thinking outside the box of narrowness and limitedness in order for one's true spiritual eyes and ears to receive truth, based not only on historical fact, but upon that which has been handed down through time and history through Jesus Christ to His Holy Apostles, their successors leading to the present day only to those who are, out of a pain of heart strugglers in this life for the life to come.

We are not against any individual clergyman of the various protestant churches in and of themselves... we are against errant and foolish theology which bends and twists the Word of God to suit those who hold to both a heretical attitude of approach involving Synchrestic Ecumenism and those who hold to the "Entertainment mentality" on-going more and more, along with those who believe, errantly, that they can just read the Holy Bible and re-interpret its meaning without having the Oral teachings and that which is lead by the Holy Spirit as given only to those, as said by Jesus Christ, who are ordained as their successors who accepted and maintain the Seven Oecumenical Councils in spirit and truth which pre-exists the schism by the Roman Jurisdiction of the Catholic Church which Rome is only a "Holy See" or "Patriarchate of the West" who has schismed from those ancient councils by accepting trends, ideas and many things rejected by those councils which many of the Protestants have also rejected as being the sons and daughters who schismed from Rome! Re-read that again... there is something in there which many will not fathom because of their errant bent to not open their spiritual eyes and their spiritual ears.

We indeed praise those who, like this chaplain, take action to fight against corruption in our government when our government and the military allow for not only our U.S. Constitution, but our very Bill of Rights to be stripped away one by one... And that is really what has been and is happening with the kind of results as you see here in the article to the left.

In Luna County, New Mexico, something similar is taking place, but many people do not see its happening and cannot connect the proverbial dots.

Always and everywhere, even in the past as so in the present, the definition of RELIGION is simple... It comes from the Latin root word "RELIGARE" which literally means "TO UNITE WITH GOD"... that may be, even for the most avowed "atheist" who has no god... Even for the pagan, the Muslim (Islam), the nature worshipper, etc. No matter what religion you belong to, RELIGION is a uniting with God.

It means even more especially the action and words you speak, even what you think (in your mind)... It is the expression of "God" or, literally speaking... What you say and do is the manner with which you "Unite with God" or not! It is your RELIGION in action by how you treat your fellow man! There is no escaping that one primary FACT!

Yet, here in Luna County, New Mexico... while we did not raise the issue of RELIGION whatsoever in our fight against an evil Ordinance #37, one female auto parts store worker raised the issue in such a castigating manner (a means to cause diversion) by placing blame on a Priest (a Metropolitan Archbishop) for bringing RELIGION into the picture in our collective fight against Ordinance #37. He never stated what his or the Church's beliefs were to anyone who did not ask or say something in contravention to one's beliefs... But this female auto parts store worker who believes she is some big leader of something (for now)... has sought to do all manner of evil deeds and actions to include BLACKMAIL (Extortion), because she is ANTI-CATHOLIC amongst other things.

Now, we see why things have been happening not only locally, but on a larger scale, to where her actions (as the example) and those with her (being dumbed down) are working for the Commissioners.... Yet, there is also more too, it is people similar to her who are like the Madelyn O'Hares (atheistic in part). To be a true Atheist, one does not lift a finger to aide or assist any individual, be they blood kin, or not... Thus, there are many who call themselves "atheist" but are not.

But now... after reading the article to the left, you will note that there is a similarity of action on-going... What has happened against the Chaplain is akin to what is happening in Luna County by and through the efforts of County Commissioners and a female auto parts store worker.... By raising issues that have nothing to do with the fight against an illegal Ordinance through her using one's past in a negative manner to disfigure a priest's belief who took a prison sentence to protect the Seals of the Confessional (biblically stated, although not in direct words ascertainable to some)... the female worker has actually caused, by her own writing of a letter, brought into play what is discerned as an alleged 'hate' crime! The local authorities will do nothing to arrest her, at least not yet, on a 3rd degree felony crime... but that remains to be seen in due time to come.

The real issue here is that there are parallel actions on-going of which the Luna County Freedom and Truth group is fighting against on a local level - - - against what is opined and believed is a dishonest and corrupt government. A government which has been and is, through the efforts like those mentioned about a female auto parts store worker and those with her... will eventually lead to the prohibition of speaking out in public IN THE NAME OF JESUS!

Dear Concerned Friend,

As we joyfully embrace this Season of our Savior's birth, the gavel's ominous rap still echoes in my ears. Even now it's hard for me to fully grasp that this could be happening to me in this Christian nation of ours. But it's an inescapable fact: I've been found guilty of the "crime" of praying in Jesus' name while in uniform.

But throughout this blessed Christmastide, I'm still striving to faithfully serve as a chaplain in the U.S. Navy - appealing a court-martial verdict that will cost me and my family everything. You see, the Navy just ordered me to separate from the service by 31 January 2007. They are hoping to permanently end my career after 15.5 years of award-winning evaluations. I'm losing my pension, and my family is now being evicted from military housing, without health care benefits, on the street in the cold.

I am writing to warn you: The day has dawned in America when it is criminally punishable to pray in Jesus' name, to quote Scripture passages in a military chapel, to voice evangelical messages about Jesus. So I pray you'll read my story, because your help is needed to right this wrong. Something much bigger than my personal situation is at risk. Precariously hanging in the balance is our Constitution's guarantee of freedom of religion. And I am prepared to defend that vital principle all the way to the Supreme Court. But justice takes time. And money.

I have faith God will provide. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. I'd rather continue to pray in Jesus' name and obey God's will, than compromise and dishonor our Lord.

But what about all those other spiritually-shackled chaplains who are being coerced into silence throughout our armed forces? These men of God face the same fate I confront. Unless they betray their conscience and faith by uttering only generic, watered-down, nonsectarian, politically correct prayers, their careers are over, too, as are most of 68 chaplains suing the Navy. And what about this ungodly legal precedent that will then be further abused to silence Christian prayers by federal, state and local government employees? More than that, what will this mean to your freedom of religion as a professing Christian?

CRIMINALIZATION OF CHRISTIANITY HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!

That's the reason for this letter: So you and others will know the criminalization of Christianity is officially under way. This Orwellian, out-of-control "politically correct" agenda, now evident in the U.S. military, is soon headed your direction. Something must be done, and I am calling you to stand with me on God's side. Please help defeat this threat and right this wrong by signing the enclosed petition to the Secretary of Defense. Anti-Christian liberals won't be satisfied until God and the Bible are banished from our society and America is utterly transformed into a Jesus-free zone. And, right now, the U.S. Navy is playing into their hands.

Some flatter me as a modern-day Daniel because I faithfully pray in Jesus' name. Let me assure you, I'm certainly no Daniel. As I told reporters after the guilty verdict, "Jesus was crucified, Peter and John were flogged, and I got a minor reprimand. I've not yet become a martyr for the faith."

But I honor these Bible heroes, who refused to flinch when ordered not to pray. Daniel continued to do what he knew in his heart was right, regardless of the consequences. So did Peter and John, when the Pharisees "commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus." These men obeyed God, and kept on praying and preaching in Jesus' name. So must I. While I'm not in danger of being eaten alive in a lions den, politically correct wolves are howling for my hide. So please read on - but for your sake, not mine! As you do, please keep in mind that my gaveled "crime" is something you do daily - pray in Jesus' name.

LET ME START FROM THE BEGINNING

I believe God called me to serve as a chaplain. To step up to that role and as a Lieutenant in the Navy, I stepped down from the rank of Major in the U.S. Air Force back in 2002. I volunteered for that demotion in rank, and its significant pay cut, to answer God's ministry call. The desire to do God's will is still the driving purpose in my life. My heart's desire was and is to help our men and women in uniform, to bring them the Lord's comfort and mercy.

Navy Chaplains have prayed Christian prayers in public since 1775, and since 1860 federal law and regulation protected us: "An officer in the chaplain corps may conduct public worship according to the manner and forms of the church of which he is a member." But the Navy recently has changed. What seemed an innocent "memo of suggestion" in 1998 by the former Chief of Navy Chaplains - that chaplains who pray in Jesus' name "ought not participate" and either be censored or be excluded from public ceremonies - was strengthened into a repressive policy on February 21st, 2006.

As the Navy goes, so go all the other military branches. Atheists and liberals will make sure of that. That same month, the U.S. Air Force revised its "guidelines for religious expression," reported in Jewish Week newspaper under the headline "Jesus barred from Air Force invocations." If nobody had challenged this policy, the ACLU and Americans United for Separation of Church and State would undoubtedly use this unholy precedent to subvert our God-given right to free exercise OF religion, into their coerced freedom FROM ANY religious expression  - not just in the Navy but all over America.

NAME ABOVE ALL NAMES NOW DEEMED "OFFENSIVE"

Liberals and atheists especially can't stand to hear the name of Jesus, because deep inside they know "there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved." Remember: the ungodly want our children banned from saying "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance in our public schools. Why? Because the mention of God might "offend." Yet the ungodly care not how their anti-religious coercion hurts Christians. Their same pretext of being easily "offended" is abused in attempts to banish from our common life Ten Commandments plaques, crosses, and manger scenes across America.

Jesus taught us to forgive, to turn the other cheek. He also expects us to shine the light of His truth and dispel the darkness, so all will see that Christ is the way to God's salvation. That's why I continued to pray in Jesus' name, even outside the chapel, even in public. And together we challenged the Navy's illegal prayer policy. Over 300,000 people petitioned the President to intervene. Many more called Congress, and 75 Congressmen and 35 pro-family groups called for an executive order, which never happened. Then the House of Representatives passed a bill to strengthen the 1860 law which already allowed chaplains to pray according to their faith. That bill was blocked by liberals in the Senate.

Liberal politicians wanted to impose "theological sensitivity requirements" on the content of all chaplain prayers and sermons. If passed by this new House and Senate, they could make matters far worse, requiring the Pentagon to punish "insensitive" prayers. Five times the White House spokesman answered media questions about me. Five times he gave the same answer: "The President cares about chaplains, but he also wants the Pentagon to make their own policies on how they should pray." Emboldened by Presidential inaction, the Navy passed the worst prayer policy in 231 years - SECNAVINST 1730.7C, which banned praying "in Jesus' name" anywhere outside of Sunday chapel.

That Navy policy holds that uniform-wearing chaplains violate the law by worshipping in public. We can only pray in Jesus' name and quote Bible passages in chapel on Sundays - the only time and place the Navy now protects "public worship." The Navy's top JAG investigator enforced that policy, ruling that I was "properly punished" for quoting the Bible in the chapel on a Saturday, during an optionally attended "Christian Memorial Service" to honor the faith of a deceased Sailor, a member of my flock. "That wasn't public worship," they told the newspapers.

The Navy defended my commander who punished me for quoting "offensive" Bible verses like John 3:36 in chapel, and for preaching that "Jesus is the way to heaven" in my sermon, ruling: "Lt Klingenschmitt was free to choose to deliver a message at the memorial service that, while being true to his own beliefs, could also have commanded the assent of the vast majority of his audience. Nevertheless, Lieutenant Klingenschmitt chose to deliver a message he knew to be, by his own description, 'exclusive.'" - Navy JAG investigator

So they defended the skipper and punished the chaplain, taking a black-tip marker to my Bible, and banning John 3:36:"Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him." Is this Bible verse too "exclusive" for Navy chapels? Are our Christian Sailors no longer entitled to a Christian burial? Should we stand and let the Navy enforce their new policy?

NAVY SAYS PUBLIC WORSHIP NOT WORSHIP IN PUBLIC

I had enough. On March 30, I wore my uniform to a public Christian event outside the White House that included prayers and Bible readings. Former Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore delivered a hard-hitting homily to highlight the program. My ONLY "speech" in uniform that day was reading Christian prayers and scriptures. Yet the Navy wrongly contends my prayers were "not public worship." They insist worship must be restricted to the Sunday chapel. Prayer, however, is still worship in my book, whether in chapel on Sunday or outside the White House on Thursday. I was charged at court-martial with violating Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, even though I got written permission to wear my uniform at any worship service or any religious observance. The court-martial judge ignored Navy Uniform Regulations which state: "Chaplains have the option of wearing their uniform when conducting worship services and during the performance of rites and rituals distinct to their faith groups." During the court-martial I conducted my defense "by the Book" - the Bible - and rested my case without calling any witnesses, following Isaiah 53:7, which states Jesus "was oppressed and afflicted yet he did not open his mouth." It was obvious to me: worshipping in public is the same as public worship. But not to the judge. On Sept. 13, I was gaveled guilty of disobeying a "lawful" order.

FLOOD OF SUPPORT SPURS CONGRESSIONAL ACTION

My story ran in 600 newspapers that week. One poll asked: Should military chaplains be allowed to lead prayers in Jesus' name during public events that are not religious services?" And 85 percent of respondents agreed with me, and said "yes." So many good citizens were angry at the Navy, they called Sen. John Warner (R-VA) who surrendered to public opinion in a speech on the Senate floor, just one week after my court-martial:

    "I am being besieged by telephone, by bloggers, by everything else...
    I think that we should put in report language in our bill two things:
    First, that the Secretary of Defense will stay-that means hold
    in abeyance-enforcement of these newly promulgated regulations until
    such time as the Congress has had an opportunity to hold its hearings...
    I am basically assured by the Department of Defense that they will Comply."

Despite a solemn promise by the Secretary of Defense to "not enforce" that Navy prayer policy, they're still enforcing it against me today! Navy lawyers are still defending that illegal policy in court, as the legal basis to kick me out. God spoke to me three times during my court-martial, that if I'd lay down my life, he would resurrect me. Responding to your petitions, the House & Senate attached a conference report to the 2007 Defense Authorization Act stating:

    "The conferees direct that the Secretary of the Air Force rescind the
    policy and revised interim guidelines concerning the exercise of
    religion...The conferees further direct the Secretary of the Navy rescind
    Secretary of the Navy Instruction 1730.7C dated February 21, 2006, titled
    "Religious Ministry within the Department of the Navy."

STILL THE VERDICT MUST BE OVERTURNED

This is a move in the right direction, as long as it lasts. The battle isn't over, however, and it won't be until the unholy, precedent-setting verdict against me is overturned. You see, despite Congressional action, chaplains still aren't free to pray publicly in Jesus' name! The Navy's previous policy that "suggests" we not pray in Jesus' name still allows commanding officers to determine what their chaplains may and may not do.

As it now stands, any chaplain who dares to do what's right runs the risk of being disciplined by a commanding officer. And the skipper is always right, backed up by the "brass." So you see why my appeal must be overturned, either in Navy or federal courts, in order to set this matter straight. Congressional action, you see, doesn't allow my case to be "grandfathered," so my career apparently is over. The freedom purchased for others has cost me everything.

People ask, "Chaplain, would you do it over again?" Without hesitation I answer, "Yes." It was worth it to sacrifice my career for Jesus, for our Sailors, and for religious liberty, because now other chaplains will have the liberty I was denied. So I am being drummed out of the Navy, just like 68 other chaplains still suing the Navy for religious harassment, all of them evangelicals, most of them no longer in uniform, passed over for promotion because they preached Jesus Christ, and prayed in Jesus' name, without compromise.

LITTLE REPRIMAND MEANS BIG CONSEQUENCES

In my case, the jury recommended only a letter of reprimand and suspended monthly fine of $250. The misdemeanor Navy court, first offense, had NO legal authority to kick me out of the Navy. But top officials immediately moved to separate me from the Navy - using strange administrative proceedings never before attempted on any chaplain - and to take away my pension. This is the latest of many reprisals against me for speaking to the Congress and the press. A March 22 email from Vice Adm. John C. Harvey Jr., the Chief of Naval Personnel, to Adm. Michael G. Mullen, the Chief of Naval Operations, proves they planned to kick me out before I wore my uniform to pray at the White House.

Eight days before the March 30th event for which I was later court-martialed, Vice Adm. Harvey recommended my "involuntarily release" from the Navy "due to lack of career potential." He noted in his email: "This officer is the individual who conducted a hunger strike in front of the White House several months ago and has engaged in other actions concerning (Defense Department) and Navy Religious Ministry policies."

Yes, I staged an 18-day hunger strike last Christmas, skipping Christmas dinner, drinking only water, to pray and fast for our President, losing 14 pounds. The devil hated that, but God loves the power of prayer and fasting. Yes, I've gone on record as saying my superiors are breaking their oath to support and defend the Constitution, by actively pressuring chaplains to water down their prayers into generic, non-sectarian forms, against centuries of Navy tradition. But punishing a whistle-blower for his complaints is against the law. These Admirals think because I stand up for what's right and am true to my God, I'm not worthy of promotion. I'm not worthy to wear the uniform. Thus I must go. But I will not go quietly. I'll continue to fight for Jesus. And I need your help.

We must stop this godless plot to silence truth and banish Jesus from the public square. We cannot let them melt down the Christian faith into a meaningless one-size-fits-all sham, nothing more than sounding brass or tinkling cymbal. There is no more fundamental American principle than the inalienable right to freely worship our Creator, and I hope all Christians will pray publicly in Jesus' name - without fear! For any government official to mandate "non-sectarian" prayers is for him to force his government religion upon me  - to censor, exclude and punish me for my obedience to Christ.

Stand with the Lord Jesus and sign our new petition that calls upon the Secretary of Defense to keep his promise, and "not enforce" that illegal (rescinded) prayer policy against chaplains like me who pray "in Jesus' name."

I am not alone in resisting this outrageous persecution - God, of course, is with me. I have a fine legal defense team. And the Declaration Foundation, a God-honoring organization, championed by Alan Keyes, boldly stands for Christ Jesus with me. But I'm still paying the legal bills from my court-martial, not to mention the expensive upcoming appeals, and just forget about my pension, housing, utilities, medical and food. The Navy won't pay my salary anymore. My family and I are in God's hands.

Think of it: while our troops fight and die for freedom abroad, Navy chaplains face court-martial for praying for those same troops in the name of our Lord!

Regardless of what happens to me, the constitutional right to quote Scripture and pray in Jesus' name must be upheld throughout the military. That's why I beg you to support the In Jesus' Name Project by the Declaration Foundation. In this glorious Christmas season, full of our grateful joy for the birth of Our Lord, lift up our Christian chaplains in your prayers, that they may hold true to their faith in the God of the Bible, and His Son Jesus Christ, who alone holds the key to heaven.

Be sure to sign the accompanying petition! Ask the Secretary of Defense to revoke this outrage and safeguard the Constitution's guarantee to our free exercise of religious faith.

There are unscrupulous people on the internet these days. Some of them are not who they claim to be and in order to disrupt honest spiritual pursuits, they are known to send out e-mail under someone else's name or the name of another church or jurisdiction with attachments. Anyone can do this, if they want. Some of them exist in Toledo, Ohio... Some in Texas... Others in Michigan, California and many other places... Some are "haters of truth" who follow (whether they are willing to admit it ) those who have sway over less educated or ignorant people... as their are also those who do not even know what they are doing because they seek glory to satisfy their own vanity and selfish pride to take over a church or jurisdiction of another, or to wreck havoc over those whom they hate without considering the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ.

If you should ever receive an e-mail with an attachment claiming to be from anyone at "apostle1.com" - "apostle1.org" or even "apostle1.net" - - - know that our policy is to not send out e-mail from any of our domain names with an attachment except to those only who know us. Please note that apostle1.com news messages not include file attachments. If you receive an email not meeting these strict guidelines, please do not open it under any circumstances. Instead, forward it to apostle1.com (thaddeus@apostle1.com) so its contents can be examined by our various affiliates. Therefore, don't open it! If you receive any e-mail from apostle1.com, apostle1.org or apostle1.net and have never before communicated with us... even if you have communicated with us... verify, verify and again, verify. And, We do not open e-mail that is not identifiable or known to us either.

Unless we know exactly from whom an e-mail comes... nothing is clicked on or opened, especially those with attachments! You would be surprised from whom 'hate' e-mail arrives and what attempts and extremes they go to make their e-mails "look" official when it is a lone person(s) who hate TRUTH and love lies, hate anything from being posted that involves TRUTH because they may be affected with exposure to the LIVING TRUTH of Jesus Christ's Love.

Also: Hang Up Telephone Calls constantly get to you?

We get them all the time. But one thing we do many are unaware of... We keep an automatic telephone log and then we turn them over to the same group who monitors and interacts with the hackers, etc.

It no longer matters if the caller telephones once in a day, every other day or every day or several times a week, once a week or for several months... All get logged, even those who think they have escaped notice by using the actual I.D. Caller number of "000-000-0000" which is has been used, even those who don't show up on caller I.D. as hang-ups now. With new technology being what it is it only takes one ring at a person's (receiving phone to activate some of the new technology being used which locks the caller's phone number in, even when they use by-pass alternate numbers to make shrewd calls). We are advised one caller is facing terrorism criminal charges even though he used three different go-through numbers ranging all around the world, but were found to originate their call from California. Hmmm.... what does this tell you? Others, we are advised were found to be out of Michigan, Ohio, even Illinois and another state.

It is known that a telephone number showing up on some caller I.D.'s may actually be a telephone service provider phone number, yet... they too keep logs and information as to each individual cellular or local (their locale) phone usage...

In the not-to-distant future, we intend to post some of those telephone numbers and, hopefully, persons, which constantly show up as "harassing hang-up" callers. May be, you too have the same?

Keep Watch!

Those who do such unscrupulous things, HATE some of the news, quotes, and such as to inform the general public. Some of them pose as clergy, while a few are actually clergy from various "other" offshoot AMERICAN ORTHODOX CHURCH or other jurisdiction(s) of the same or similar name of which we are, in some instances, their former MOTHER CHURCH (as is the same named Toledo, Ohio based, an offshoot, who had once been a part of us and unknowingly to our unworthy selves, were once a part of the clergy but they did not obtain permission to leave the jurisdiction they were under, according to Canon, and thus obtained for themselves re-ordination and consecrations, several times... and then using a variety of church names, including our own after they were defrocked and excommunicated, having more than three (3) times being excommunicated by other legitimate apostles/bishops); having joined in and with "Independent" churches who have nothing to do with us or even true Orthodoxy. We have the information on their numerous "Paper Church" names and name changes. But the real issue is whether they were ever truly an ordained Priest and bishop?

It is true that when one is ordained to the priesthood, the old saying of "Once a Priest, always a priest forever..." holds true... But where there has been or is deception and fraud involved, the old saying is invalid altogether which is the stool kicked out from under any subsequent consecrations as a Bishop for the Episcopacy has then been obtained on a sheet of lies and therefore they are frauds, wolves in sheep's clothing. The problem here is with civil authorities and agencies.

Any documents a false one obtains from those who ordained him, including subsequent documents relating to consecrations; civil authorities never (or hardly ever) verify their validity and thus issue their own documents and errantly recognize the individual.

These false sheep in wolf's clothing seek to go out of their way to character assassinate and disparage religious web sites who do not meet their own brand of standardization and those who know where the proverbial "bones are buried on them" which is evidence of the wolf not being "Orthodox" "Christian" or even "Catholic" no matter what their nomenclature corporate name may be. The Toldeo, Ohio based same or similar named person/group under his/their so-called leader has been deposed, defrocked and excommunicated more than three different times by various bishops/apostles. He, and several others, have become just as bad as the modern day Ecumenists of the National Council of Churches, World Council of Churches, the World Council of Bishops and more. It matters not now... whether they use the so-called name of "Athonite" "Benedictine" "Celtic" "Old Roman" "Old Catholic" - etc.. A name does not make one Christian. Their ultimate aim and goal is destruction to those from whom they had either originated from or gone through to obtain the same or similar named "church" they claim to hold to by the state's civil law in which they reside alone. They are not a "Schema-monk" or even a true "monk" for they were deposed and excommunicated for violations of the Holy Rule they claim to subscribe to, giving and openly providing false misleading and inaccurate information about other more honorable clergy. These 'wolves in sheep's clothing attract other nefarious and questionable persons whose aims are similar: for fame, image, power and glory, and if it should be that 'fortunes' come along, all the more is their power based.

Remember, anything that is a HALF TRUTH is not truth but a lie! Many there are that you may know who fit those descriptions... pray for them. Pray that God will send his Spirit of Truth upon them and lead them to Salvation through tears of Repentance, conversion of their cold and calculating hearts toward seeking forgiveness from God and those whom they attempt to harm.

Those who receive e-mail from us, know who we are and from where we send mail. There are also many who know that they can send e-mail under another group or person's e-mail address, which has been happening. If you receive e-mail that purports itself to be from us, verify first by hitting your "reply" button and ask, "I received this e-mail but would like verification if it is from you."

If you are of another jurisdiction, you too could find that your parishioners, clergy and faithful might become subject to the same as we have recently found.

Let this be a warning to visitors so as to be safeguarded against unscrupulous e-mails which contain viruses, worms and unsavory material from person(s) organizations or institutions that are more self-serving than uplifting and informatively news worthy.

For ourselves, we have, as in the past, so once again, acquired the assistance of those who are able and capable of tracing e-mails back to their source and taking appropriate action in North America.

We have learned that the organization we subscribe to, whose members come from various legal and law enforcement backgrounds amongst other areas of society, are committed to the faith even though they may hold different theologies. Yet, in their monitoring of electronic communications of various persons or people, they do not always make haste to bring perpetrators to justice until after enough evidence has been gained in order to build a solid case. We do not always know what information they have gained, but we do know the organization, whom we've been asked not to name, has had a 97% success rate in bringing to justice and obtaining a conviction against individuals, people, and sometimes even religious organizations of a persona that gives the appearance of both secular and religious bearing but who abuse and misuse technology. The organization views those who abuse and misuse the internet and other technologies as nothing more than a form of "domestic terrorism" - - - - and, it would seem to appear that the courts are in agreement!

Those kinds of people, organizations, etc. who misuse and abuse communication technologies are no different than those who attempt to use coercive measures, and in some instance, even blackmail for the same idea is involved... to cause havoc and wreckage, to destroy the spirit and activity of those who struggle in the faith out of pain of heart for the Orthodox Church which is TRUTH. The degree that some have been known to go to, as seen by other jurisdictions, is to take advantage of questionably mentally challenged or those who have a lack of education and understanding to get them to make statements, even outright lies, in writing, in order to destroy. Such persons or groups are spiritual terrorists for unholy and un-Orthodox causes, aims and goals.

Yes, our Metropolitan Archbishop, +Joseph Thaddeus, SSJt., Ph.D. strongly defends the Seals of the Confessional for such leads to true Repentance in thought, word and deed whereby the penitent is required to make amends, where possible, to seek forgiveness of those harmed by his actions whether real or imagined, and to give his forgiveness to those who have harmed him before taking the Holy Body and Blood in the Eucharist, Jesus the Christ. The reality of this understanding is bound up in and with the findings for which cause he, himself, had been character assassinated by his detractors who claim the courts prevented him from breaking the Seals of the Confessional which is not the truth at all.... Traditional Orthodox Jurisdictions

While the answer and question above is not sufficient for some to understand, we take the view (which we believe is ORTHODOX) that all things pertinent to life and living affects, and has an effect, upon not just our belief (Orthodox), but (for many) the way in which we act in accordance with our belief, our very faith.

Because this is a highly Protestant Country in which we live, having an effect upon the laws of the land, we should know something of what is on-going and where efforts by those denominations may affect and have a intrinsic effect on our very laws, for such does have an effect upon our daily lives as Orthodox Catholic Christians.

If one is not cognizant of the real events happening both locally and in the world, although many are removed from the world... one will not know what to expect or what to do, or how one can or cannot act which might betray one's faith and accrue the wrath of civil authorities as laws change. Yet, we are also reminded that these things must happen and it was for that which there exists many early Christian Martyrs and Saints.

While we can remove ourselves from the world, we still live in it. And for the faithful, theirs is a struggle for knowledge and understanding. All things are pertinent to the Orthodox Catholic Christian Faith which is the very foundation of Christianity. As such, we can not abandon them and leave them blind to events and happenings.

What we post as related to those things similar to various articles which might have a political theme or non-Orthodox Catholic Christian content of sorts ... does not mean or imply that we are supportive of, for, or against something articulated in an article, so much as it is NEWS and our faithful should be made aware, for such may be the very thing that will impact their day-to-day life. It is for them, their free will... to judge the relevancy.

Remember, not all Protestants, especially hard core cultic groups such as "Charismatic" - "Evangelical" "Promise Keepers" "Church of Christ" "Methodism" "Pentecostals" "Jehovah's Witnesses" "Mormons" and other people are not so generous in their viciousness toward anyone and anything that appears "Catholic" whether of the Roman or Orthodox jurisdictions, for they do not know or want to learn that which makes them "different" in their walk and talk as being far from the roots of Christianity.

Remember, it is the Roman jurisdiction of the Catholic Church which has more outwardly shown that it can be one of the most vicious toward those who are not Roman but are very much "Catholic" - for the sun and moon does not rise and set on the Vatican (Latin or Roman) jurisdiction as to who is or is not "Catholic" for the Roman jurisdiction split (schismed) from the roots of "Catholicism" which is founded in what is termed and called today as "Orthodoxy".

Any good article or piece of information will be considered so long as it is not defamatory or slanderous toward an individual when not based on TRUTH or FACT, or which is altered out of context from its original publishing by recognized sources.
