The following is a modified answer to a question that was asked of me earlier. The reason for modification is to expand its understanding because we know that this web site is visited by those who are not members of our LUNA COUNTY FREEDOM, INC. (Luna County Freedom and Truth group at Yahoo Groups)… I feel that for those who are not members and many who are less educated, especially some of the “GOOD OLE BOYS” who are hand-n-hand with the County Commissioners, I call a spade a spade and can still be Christian in spirit and truth… Yet, ignorance breeds error and sometimes contempt… In this instance contempt for the ignorant, less educated, the mentally challenged, the poor and the disabled.

I was asked a question this morning, "Why am I involved in the Fight against
Ordinance #37 and Corruption in the Local Government?"
The answer is basically simple and
no rocket scientist is needed to see that the answer lays within one's depth of
concern for the man, woman and child living within the borders of the very
county who are suffering and those who have been and are failing or refusing to
be observant to Truth, to Fairness, to Honesty, and a concern for our very
little speck of this planet earth. No beautification ordinance, as Ordinance #37
was first called… is going to make a world of difference except on the surface,
which is a façade hiding the ugly truth.
The answer therefore is actually two pronged. Our lives and our planet!
I am not an ecologist but believe in conservation insofar as I can physically
act to conform to replenishing our earth in a way whereby we disconnect
ourselves from the over indulgences of abuse which has been and is continually
on-going that causes our earth tremendous suffering from the affects of many
pollutions.
The abuses here in Luna County is that which should be apparent to many of you. Luna County Commissioners (most of them, not all) want to get rid of the poor, the ignorant, those suffering from lack and those who are disabled. The poor are those whom they have been going after. It is my opinion the poor are those who are on limited income such as SSI or Welfare. Many of the people who are affected by the corruption I am describing, are elderly people now… they worked hard and long to save up their money to buy land and have a place where they could retire. But now they are being forced off their property, in some instances finding their very houses (trailers, 5th wheels, etc.) being taken from out under them without the protections of DUE PROCESS. Those who are doing the dastardly deed know these people have not the money to fight against them and know that those agencies (private and public) have their own red-tape requirements in order to get legal help. So the victims are left without emergency help. Legal Aide is in Silver City and they do not always work well. The ACLU is good, but they are a pick and choose organization for publicity sake.
The Boomgaarn property instance is just one instance in which the County, having intentionally gone out of their way to arrest Mr. Boomgaarn, knowing he is ill educated, knowing he is financially destitute, knowing that his “Scrap Yard” license was due to expire, took advantage of his being in jail… and they went in or allowed others to go in and steal his automobiles and other personal property without his consent whatsoever. Mr. Mitchel Boomgaarn is not well educated and sort of gave in without fighting because he did not know how to fight them. He is just an example of a larger issue going on in Luna County, New Mexico. His Civil Rights were extremely violated and they failed to provide him with DUE PROCESS such as a hearing through the judicial system while lying to the people that they had indeed gone to court. On Investigation, the lies from the County employees and those who employ them, such as the County Manager and the County Commissioners, became rather blatantly apparent!
A little old lady has been threatened by the Code Enforcers! Another man and his wife lost their property because of the same approach taken by County Employees under direction of their employers… They are so scared, both being severely disabled, moved out of the County. They are still in fear of retaliation and will not provide evidence or testimony as a result!
What is happening is that a picture has been formed where the poor, the disenfranchised, the disabled and the elderly along with those who are disabled; are becoming the victims of get rich schemes promoted by the County Commissioners under color of law, using the Sheriff’s Office to enforce their dishonorable and illegal tactics. Such is proven by several videos that have been taken and which those same County employees have made statements or answered small questions in such a way that hangs the County for their misapplication of fairness, honest, integrity and truth. Yet, these are the same County employees who are supposed to be such good “Christians”. Again, they and those who snitch for them are followers of the antichrist spirit.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see how one Commissioner has numerous so-called “Foundations” that appear to be Christian, but in my opinion and vocational profession, say… is nothing more than a façade for a kind of Christianity that is displayed by his very own actions as a Commissioner; a County Leader of the Antichrist. I believe Southern Carpetbaggers used those tricks during the Civil War years.
Before our being torched out of our residence in Deming on March 7th of this year; I had been receiving numerous “Hate” telephone calls and others claiming themselves as youngsters attempting to entice unsavory acts… I complained to the Sheriff’s Department and they did absolutely NOTHING! Yet, when others complained about their own fantasies of actions I was purportedly supposed to be doing, the Sheriff’s Office responded. Those who were complaining are the same ones who attempted BLACKMAIL at a County Commissioner’s meeting in 2006. The County Commissioner’s and the County Manager were all put on notice by Certified – Returned Receipt mail. That piece of mail is a legitimate document! It can and eventually will be used in a court of law when the time comes, if necessary! Then came our torching, as said, on March 7th. Those who incite others, employees of the County or not, are culpable for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th degree felonies under the Federal Law. Therefore, those who indirectly and directly incite others by promoting such “Hate” crimes… are to be held accountable by man’s civil law (Federal and State) and by the Laws of God when their time comes to cross over for the first Judgment! They will. I shall be held accountable for my actions too, as all of us will. There is no getting away from that last bit of spiritual truth!
When I aided and helped to form Luna County Freedom, Inc. – I did it because I am concerned for the pain and anguish people are going through that is unjustified and caused by the Luna County Commissioner’s, their “Good Ole Boy Cronies” and their snitches, and liars, their blackmailers who consider themselves to be such good “Christians”. They are your two-faced hypocrites in both spirit and truth as displayed by their actions and duplicitous words to blackmail, use force by torching people out of their home, or to use the telephone and other modes of communication in their attempts to instill fear, which does not work with me, but make me even more angry!
These things that are happening were predictable as one can read in the New Testament. Thus, I am proud only to the degree that the Lord has placed His hand upon me many, many years ago to be provided the education, knowledge and experience to fight back in a legal way that does not go against the Life and Teachings of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I do sincerely pray and wish that
those whom I have described as being antichristian while themselves not knowing
that they are antichristian, could be so shaken awake in their spirit as to see
the true Light of Jesus Christ and not the false rays of the Evil One, the
antichrist!
I am not a humanist in which humanism overrides the basic understandings and
practice of what it means to be a true Christian as handed to us by our Lord and
Savior, Jesus Christ. That requires that I maintain such a faith practice and
belief which is in accord with the very Life and Teachings He lived in both
spirit and truth. Therefore I do not bite into that which is called and known as
Synchrestic Ecumenism! It means abiding by the very things established by His
Disciples who became the first Apostles followed by their legitimate successor
Apostles of which I am, in these present times, one of them in both spirit and
truth!
Yet, knowing a bit about the vagaries of human kind, as is witnessed by the
corruption on-going in Luna County government in the hands of the County
Commissioners and those already described which is affecting those of the poor,
disable and others as also described; I see that same corruption being practiced
by most of the people who have resided here for decades and many of those who
have been coming here for just a short period.
The County Commissioners should be
an example of right thinking, honesty, integrity, fairness, justice and much,
much more! What I see and have witnessed involve a forked tongue (of the
American Indian term) for their two pronged (colorful words
and action) politics verses truth!
Such corruption encompasses the basic human conditions of ego: pride, greed,
vanity, sloth, a kind judgment of others as the Old Testament people practiced
and which Jesus Christ forbids in the New Testament. Such corruption in spirit,
sifts from the heart or soul into the mind and into one's daily physical acts
and actions in both word and deed. These are abominations and thus it is equal
to and on the same par, if not the same as, corruption.
Much like an apple sitting too long, it will decay. Decay is corruption in one
form. The County government, made up of people are no different than you and me
in physiology, yet having Free Will; can and do decay into the various vices and
passions not displayed by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and to
which He and those who follow Him in spirit and truth.
The County members, people, do not
abide by that which they proclaim for themselves as Christian whatsoever… It is
a façade. Such decay is decadence, avarice, greed and many other things. Luna
County Government in the form of its Commissioners is the highest example of
that same decadence, that same decay, which encompasses all the human passions,
described.
The very churches in Luna County who have not and will not get involved in
fighting against an ugly ordinance, such as Ordinance #37, and the corruption
on-going with the "Good-Ole-Boy" syndrome; cronies of the Commissioners; are not
truly Christian in spirit or truth but are the money changers whose façade with
all the good appearing foundations, programs for elderly, youth and others - - -
is a sham, false and misleading the people who belong to them. Thus they are a
part of the problem and the cause for why elderly, American Veterans, many
disabled people, the poor and disadvantaged are suffering under even worse
conditions by those churches failure and refusal to fight against Ordinance #37
and Luna County Government's Corruption. These are the same as those whom Jesus
Christ chased out of the temple when His righteous anger threw over the money
changer tables, the selling of goods, etc.
Corruption is a form of decadence that affects not only people but the very
planet itself.
These are the reasons for my being involved! If you cannot understand that
simplistic definition, then you are, in my opinion, not only ill educated (no
matter how many degrees you may have), but you are spiritually deaf and dumb!” I
answered….
