ONCE AGAIN

ONCE AGAIN, THE MEMBERS OF THE U.S. SENATE, IN THEIR ARROGANCE, SHOW COMPLETE DISTAIN FOR THE AMERICAN CITIZENS

The president of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, Chris Simcox, gave the following statement after the United States Senate passed an illegal alien amnesty bill:

"The vote to give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens by the United States Senate today, should it pass into law, would ensure that the status quo is maintained: the borders would remain wide open and the attractive nuisance of endless welfare and social programs at the expense of the American taxpayer would remain. Those climbing over the backs of those waiting patiently to abide by our laws; and instead breaking the law, illegally entering this country, and committing document fraud; those not paying taxes; and those hiring illegally would be granted full amnesty. American citizens would, of course, still be subject to prosecution for document fraud and tax evasion. This sends the message that if you play by the rules, you suffer; if you enter the United States illegally, you are not subject to the rule of law. The American people do not trust the government to grant amnesty now and secure the borders later. We already went down that road in 1986, and the borders remain wide open still today.”

"Their constituents are watching, and these Senators will pay the price come election time. We are now focusing our attention on the House of Representatives where we do not expect amnesty to pass. The House is more respectful of their voters, as they stand for re-election every two years. The arrogance and cavalier disregard of the will of the American people by this Senate will not be forgotten-there will be an accounting. The American people are still sovereign in this country, not a gaggle of politicians pandering to their special interest donors. The existing border crisis is a dereliction of duty by those entrusted with this nation's security, sovereignty and prosperity. The U.S. Senate just left America vulnerable to a tsunami of migrants at the border, to terrorist infiltration and to an unprecedented crime wave by drug smugglers, thieves, rapists, human traffickers and murderers who cross our frontier at will-and whose bravado and aggression will now increase with the Senate's message of our apparent national weakness. But the Minutemen will remain on patrol, at our posts-and continue to build border fencing and barriers on private land with private donations until the U.S. government performs its most basic constitutional duty to these United States, and safeguards the people and protects the territorial integrity of America."

Sad to say but Mr. Simcox is absolutely correct. Those, whom we elect to public office, have no desire to represent their constituents. They care little for what WE the people want. To them, the special interest groups, employers and One Worlders are of more importance then we who elected them.

President George Bush doesn’t even have the basic honesty to admit that he favors “open borders”; after all he comes from a long line of One World advocates. Remember how his father, former Vice-President and President, George H. Bush kept using the term “a New World Order” and how he would like to be the first leader of the “New World Order”. And let us not forget Prescott Bush, George W’s grand father, and how he financed Hitler and the Nazi war machine all during World War II.

Don’t kid yourselves folks; it will do NO GOOD to vote the Republicans out and the Democrats in, because the Democrats are even bigger One World supporters. As much as I would hate to see it come about, the only answer to saving our national sovereignty, our Constitution and our nation, is a revolution, by what ever means necessary, not to overthrow our government, but to protect our government from those who deliberately and consistently refuse to do what they have sworn an oath to do, and that is to protect and defend the United States of America and to up hold the Constitution of the United States. It is time that we totally get rid of both the Republican and Democrat political parties, which have become totally corrupted by greed, power and grandiose One World Government ideology. The same holds true for the U.S. Supreme Court members. It has now gone well past the point of just voting the bums out, just to replace them with other bums from the same two parties.

We MUST start over, and make sure that more power is placed into the hands of, and maintained by we the people, which is what the founding fathers had intended. We must re-write some constitutional amendments to clarify certain RIGHTS and certain definitions as to what constitutes: Treason, High Crimes and Misdemeanors.

The First Amendment in the Bill of Rights states the following:

ARTICLE I; Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. . . .

This means that ANY federal government restrictions or controls on churches or religious activities, such as the banning of public prayers, banning of religious symbols on public property, and the forcing of churches to take a 501(c)3 tax exemption license, then forcing churches to remain silent instead of speaking out about government corruption or face losing their tax exemption status, is illegal and un-Constitutional.

The Second Amendment states:

ARTICLE II; A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

This means that any and ALL federal gun control laws affecting individual citizens’ right to keep and bear arms are illegal and un-Constitutional.

The Constitution says that the President shall only be impeached for “High Crimes and misdemeanors”, it does not say for High Crimes and High Misdemeanors. High crimes are any and all felonies; all other lesser crimes are misdemeanors. Therefore, any President who commits Any crime while in office, SHOULD and MUST be impeached and immediately removed from office (with the exception ONLY for such things as jay-walking or minor traffic offenses).

Treason in the U.S. Constitution is defined only as giving aid and/or comfort to our enemies during time of war. This should be amended to also include anyone, private citizen and/or elected public officials who actively work toward abolishing our nations sovereignty, either overtly or covertly, to usher in a One World Government. This should also include “Open Border” advocates, especially those in elected government positions because they are violating the Constitutional obligation to defend our nation’s borders.

We MUST bring our nation back to the original constitutional intent. We MUST take our nation away from the special interest groups who have managed to high jack our judicial system and the electoral process. We MUST get back to the days when the “common” citizen, not just the rich and powerful, could run for and win election to high office, including that of the presidency. We MUST get rid of ALL the Liberal Activist judges, who insist on usurping powers from the Legislative Branch of the government, by “legislating from the bench” We MUST install government officials who will ENFORCE ALL of the Federal Laws that are in place, including all of the immigration laws, which means DEPORTING ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

People, if you don’t rise up and exercise your God Given Rights, we WILL lose our country to the forces of evil that will usher in the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT!

We, at apostle1.com do cause for "Point" and "Counterpoint" discussions at our web site. This is sometimes the same way in which authors and writers do in order to bring about both sides or arguments in discussions or about some issues affecting the Church as a whole. Abbot +Gregori and our Metropolitan Archbishop do this from time to time. Many have a limited understanding of what celibacy means and we can only ask: What part of CELIBACY does one not understand?

However, it has come to our attention that un-named individual(s) think it wise and not harmful to start attacking by taking copyrighted materials to use in their own web site without permission, per se: as for an example, the subjects pertaining to "Homosexuals" and "Homosexuality in the Church," etc. for the purpose of advancing their own causes to start their attacking of other(s) which is not bound in and with the Church, but with a personal agenda of self-image because of anger, hate, fear and worse. They are Roman in attitude and practice, but not Orthodox, although calling themselves "Orthodox" even "Celtic".

It is understood, according to information and belief, that three of his/her/their websites may have been closed by former service providers due to complaints against him/them for internet terrorism, spewing "hate" and causing for an individual whom he/they discuss, to be exposed to potential physical harm which happened in the early part of the 2005 when they thought themselves wise in their own conceit, for things of more than 13 years in the past. What part of "Hate" - "Exposing another to threats of losing life" - "Internet Terrorism" does he/they not understand? Now, under other domain names, the same/similar hate messages re-occur against the same individual.

We have been advised by over 32 different jurisdictions that the indivdual(s) doing the 'hate-mongering' are, in fact and truth un-orthodox and un-Christian because they continue to argue things of the past that is not a part of the Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ, and (in fact) go against the very commandments of Jesus Christ! And those who do such are, it is opined upon investigation and in most instances, the very one(s) who had been or are under ban as excommunicated individuals posing as duly ordained clergy who had been a part of this jurisdiction (and several others) in times past.

Any good article or piece of information will be considered so long as it is not defamatory or slanderous toward an individual when not based on TRUTH or FACT, or which is altered out of context from its original publishing by recognized sources.

Yes, our Metropolitan Archbishop, +Joseph Thaddeus, SSJt., Ph.D. strongly defends the Seals of the Confessional for such leads to true Repentance in thought, word and deed whereby the penitent is required to make amends, where possible, to seek forgiveness of those harmed by his actions whether real or imagined, and to give his forgiveness to those who have harmed him before taking the Holy Body and Blood in the Eucharist, Jesus the Christ. The reality of this understanding is bound up in and with the findings for which cause he, himself, had been character assassinated by his detractors who claim the courts prevented him from breaking the Seals of the Confessional which is not the truth at all....
