QUALIFICATIONS to be President ???

In a  Purdue University government class, they were discussing the qualifications to be President of the United States It was pretty simple, the candidate must be a natural born citizen of at least 35 years of age.

However, one girl in the class immediately started in on how unfair was the requirement to be a natural born citizen. In short, her opinion was that this requirement prevented many capable individuals from becoming president. The class was taking it all in and letting her rant, but everyone's jaw hit the floor when she wrapped up her argument by stating, "What makes a natural born citizen any more qualified to lead this country than one born by C-section..????" Yep, these are the same 18-year-olds that just elected the new President of the United States   Now we know why.....

And don't forget,  "They walk among us!"

Here's a a couple of responses that should be taken to heart and mind with possible action:

I have to agree that this was funny, but it is also very sad because not only are our grammar schools and high schools producing complete morons, but our colleges and universities are doing likewise. The far left and far right "progressives" have gained complete control over our entire education system and they have been rewriting our history to suit their agenda.

Far too many of our grade school and middle-school age children know how to have sex, they know all about "alternative" life-styles, etc., but they don't know squat about the true founding of America, or how to spell, speak correctly or even how to do simple math.

Our sons/grandsons are being feminized and the schools are spending far too much time and money getting involved in the private home lives of the children.

In many instances, schools are alienating the students and their parents, when the advisers tell students that it is up to them (the students) to go home and educate their parents because they know more then their parents, when the liberals want to push certain agendas, or they will invite speakers like Al Gore to come into the schools and tell the students the same thing.

Our schools, universities and colleges have become nothing more then dens of iniquity and moral cesspools. Every time we pay our schools taxes, pay or help pay for our children's college tuition, we are paying to have our children corrupted morally, spiritually and sometimes even physically.

Even though we must and should pray for the students, educators and the government, there is a heck of a lot MORE that we can do. Why are we allowing this garbage to continue? We control the purse strings and our children and grandchildren belong to us, NOT to the government.

If parents from each school district would band together and boycott their children's schools, and if parents would withhold their school taxes, we could shut the schools down until school administrators start listening to us. As it stands right now, parents have very little if any say-so in the curriculum taught in our schools. Most parents have no knowledge of the types of questionnaires given to their children, because the children  are told NOT to bring them home. Most of the questions deal with the students personal sex lives, with the schools asking very intimate questions that most parents would not ask. Many schools can take your pregnant daughters to an abortion clinic to have the unborn child aborted, without your knowledge or consent.

The schools dictate what your children can wear or not wear, what games they can play or not play, what foods they can eat or drink. It is time that WE the adults, the parents, grandparents and guardians take back our rights and authority over our schools. It is time that WE have a say in what our children will be taught. WE must decide what our children can or cannot eat and wear, WE have the right to say what games our children can or cannot play, and WE MOST CERTAINLY have the right to tell our children what questions they can or cannot answer and to know what questions they are being asked. Our children's private sex lives are none of the schools damn business.

All of the federal government mandates for what is to be taught in the public schools and even mandating what private schools or home schoolers are to be taught is blatantly unconstitutional as the federal government has NO Constitutional power to be involved in our public schools any more then they have any constitutional power to be involved in our health care system.

Yes, by all means, pray for our students, teachers and the government, but also get involved, get loud and demand to be heard.
