In view of recent questions and actions, We

 jointly State and Declare the following:

Both The Evangelical Catholic Church (ECC) and The American Orthodox Church - North American Orthodox Church (AOC-NAOC) are Orthodox, Catholic and Apostolic Jurisdictions In the One, Holy, Orthodox, Catholic and Apostolic Church established by Jesus Christ and the Holy Apostles (of which the primates of both Jurisdictions are Apostles in a long line of successive apostles).

Our Jurisdictions do not require documentation of concord since the very ORTHODOX FAITH itself has always held and continues to hold to the practice and belief that ALL who are ORTHODOX in Faith and practice are already ONE in Faith by virtue of the Sacrament of Initiation (Baptism/Chrismation).  Our clergy are ONE in the same faith and practice.

We ARE therefore already in Union and Communion by the very nature of our FAITH and our being each fully incorporated in The Body of Christ,  the ONE, HOLY, ORTHODOX, CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CHURCH of WORLD WIDE ORTHODOXY --  which requires no other documentation to prove our unity nor establish our communions.
