According to the Canons no parish may be established unless such is so done by the Bishop of a local area/diocese or the Archbishop of an archdiocese or a Metropolitan or Primate who may erect and establish a mission, as also a bishop or Archbishop may also do. 

Inasmuch as these present times in which we live there are those of various cultic groups, Protestantism which includes Islam (Muslim) who feel it befits their own agendas to cause trouble against the One, Holy, Orthodox, Catholic and Apostolic Church established by Jesus Christ (who existed before the satanic prophet of Islam, Mohammed and those who are his in their satanic endeavors) ....  this jurisdiction does not make publicly known all who are her ministers, pastors or priests except where and when it is necessary such as our partial listing at the Clergy contact page.

With the above having been said, we would warn you the viewer who may live in one of the most major corrupt counties of New Mexico as has been reported by The Albuquerque Journal in 2006-2007 (as they reported pertaining to the FBI investigations on-going) that Luna County, New Mexico is alleged to be the major corrupt county. 

There is the belief that Christianity is collapsing.  If you view the article regarding this matter, you too may also come to a similar conclusion with the evidence provided and the continuing mounting evidence un-going.

We find, for ourselves, that while we have been involved in Luna County as advocates to protect the rights and freedoms of people regardless of their religious affiliations and beliefs; ourselves being Orthodox in America; operating the International Communications Headquarters of the AMERICAN ORTHODOX CHURCH and the NORTH AMERICAN ORTHODOX CHURCH among other organizations serving under them; we do not subscribe to the corrupt practices of people and agencies or groups who misuse information, twist facts and are involved in subversive activities under guise of either a "church" or "Liberty" group or publication, etc.

We have been advised that there are people, individually or others who believe they can make a claim (falsely so) that they are members of this jurisdiction or that jurisdiction as a parishioner.  Such an act or action by any one who is not truly ONE WITH US may be to their own detriment as we have been advised some one  has been so proclaiming while also, it is alleged, attempting to gain donations under the name of this jurisdiction. (Sorry we do not have any parishioners named Hooten!... we heard!) 

Know that no parishioner has the authority or right to accept any donations whatsoever under the name of this Jurisdiction (AMERICAN ORTHODOX CHURCH and/or NORTH AMERICAN ORTHODOX CHURCH or any Holy Order or seminary program so operating thereunder).  No parishioner has the authority to issue receipts for donations nor to make use of our 501(c)3 tax exemption. 

If you are ever approached by anyone so making such a claim, be sure you write down their name and contact this jurisdiction's International Communication's Headquarters telephone (575) 531-0021. 

Only legitimate clergy of this jurisdiction may act in such a manner.  If a parishioner is authorized whatsoever, they will have upon them such letters of authorization with our Church Seal and personal insignia of the Metropolitan Archbishop for the Archdiocese of New Mexico and the Bishop of the Diocese (two signatures and insignias required) for any local requests for donations. 

The Diocese of the Southwest which operates under the Archdiocese of New Mexico has authority from the Primate to act accordingly.

     All other Clergy of this Church are purposefully and intentionally NOT LISTED to protect their privacy and the mandates of the CATACOMB CHURCH MOVEMENT to which we have belonged and adhered to since 1981. There is a definite difference between the terms of "House Church" movement and "Catacomb Church" movement.

PAID SALARY OR NOT?  No!  We have no paid or salaried clergy!  Such a practice is for those mega churches like the Roman Jurisdiction of the Catholic Church (which separated from Catholic Christianity in 1054 A.D. ) for reasons that history clearly show, not the invented history portrayed by the Vatican.  Obviously, this means that the Roman clergy are against, for most of them, against anyone and anything they are unable to control, speaking out with such vindictive (against others who are truly Catholic, but not Roman Catholic) as sometimes do those jurisdictions who have opted to snuggle close to the Vatican as politics rears its ugly head when men act outside of the commandments of the Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ.  We are not against the Roman Jurisdiction but against false and heretical teachings never before accepted or believed by the Apostles as provided by Jesus Christ.  It is the reason for us to say:

"Prejudice makes Prisoners of the Hated and the Hater!"

We follow and practice that which Jesus Christ admonished all who are truly His, to do! We learn from Luke 9:3 we learn, "And he said unto them, TAKE Nothing for your journey, neither staff, nor wallet, nor bread, nor money; neither have two coats."

The idea and belief that when a minister, pastor or priest is needed on a full-time basis for the needs of his flock; that he needs income or a salary is a good one for sure.  However, Such an idea that exists has been invoked in such ways that they, clergy, have become infected with the lust and passions of avarice and greed for the material things of this life beyond what is needed for day-to-day survival! 

The legalistic approach to paying a clergyman for a particular parish or ministry is a good one where the clergyman is needed on a full time basis.  However, it was the admonition of Jesus to his Disciples (later "Apostles") that they would, by faith, be provided for, by God the Father because of their faith in His beloved Son. 

Yet, man, in his inimical ways of thinking; could not and would not maintain themselves in such a way because they imbibed of the very thing warned against.  That being the insinuation of thoughts by the Evil One to cause for the natural man, the clergyman, to worry about where he would eat, what he would wear and how he would be able to sustain himself and his family members.  Even those who are "Celibate" have had and do have the same thoughts and worries from time to time and those who have engaged in being "salaried" clergymen are less and less the Servant of Jesus Christ and become more and more the servants of Mammon, Greed, and other passions which lead to pride, vanity, sloth, etc. 

A stipend is something that is not a salary!  A stipend is something given to an individually named clergyman or given for a specific purpose such as housing, food, etc. without necessarily naming an individual clergyman.  This would be more in keeping with Luke 9:3. 

As for clergy of the American Orthodox Church and the North American Orthodox Church... this is our belief and practice in both spirit and truth!  Thus donations are always accepted.

Bible Abuse Page Don't give in to this horrible cultic practice nor accept anything said by those who, like the various ministers of cultic Pentecostalism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormanism (Church of Latter Day Saints), Church of Christ, and other so-called "churches" etc. to this most horrible practice.  Those actions, albeit "Political" should have no entry into the affairs of any Church or Jurisdiction of a true "Orthodox" and "Catholic" Church which is the root of all things CHRISTIAN! 

There are some who believe they are "Non-Denominational" - the very term is an oxymoron's invention to beguile and disguise their more altruistic agendas incited by the Evil One unbeknownst to those who are their pastors and ministers (who, primarily, as many of the electronic news media have shown, are seekers of mammon, greed, avarice and self-image with sweet talk and sometimes "get-rich-schemes" among other "self-improvement" gospel messages that are bastardized from Holy writ!

For those "non-denominational" ministries and so-called churches are actually very denominational in their character, their very spirit, which are bent to the very things warned about by Jesus Christ, the Holy Apostles and patristic Fathers of ancient times. They are a part of the cause for continuing corruption and collapsing of Christianity as it is taking place in these times which is heralding in a false form of Christianity and the ONE WORLD CHURCH along with the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. They have altered and bastardized the very term  word and meaning of "Catholic" to suit their own personal agendas.

Their's are the actions to turn their cheeks from the ancient epitome of the true "Christian" (Follower of Christ) Church by their insulting (if not blaspheming) Jesus Christ, His Holy Apostles by refusing to abide by the ancient Seven Ecumenical Councils, incapable of abiding by all that Holy ones before us accepted including the Seals of the Confessional, being a part of the cause for why there is so much sex scandal against anything and practically everything "Catholic" without bringing to the foreground their own scandals and sins involving the fleshy passions and lusts. 

They are the ones who violate the "get the beam out of your own eye instead of trying to take the plank out of your brother's" as Jesus Christ alluded to.

These are the one's who have mighty powerful people in high places of each city, county, state and federal government as a means to thwart the integrity and honesty of citizens who are against corruption altogether! These are the many causes for not only corruption, but one of the many reasons why this country is in economic trouble, and assuredly why our we no longer (since 9/11) have "Habeus Corpus" .... no longer a protection for citizens of the U.S.A.

People are human beings who can be lead astray because of either their having a lack of a good education, being mentally challenged (and there are many who are unaware of their standing) as well as increasing ailments due to age and other health issues. 

Many who today have joined in and with cultic Christian denominations or the cultic religion of Islam (Muslim) (often times this is the Farrakhan (violent) "Nation of Islam" in the united States with its head being Louis Farrakhan out of the East Coast... prisoners are often recruited from various prison systems where anything "Catholic" is minimally encouraged, if at all, because of the numerous "cultic" individuals in charge of running those prisons.  And, in these present times where the Roman Jurisdiction of the Catholic Church has accepted bag & baggage, heretical cultic churches and people more for the image, income and other un-holy passions; true Catholicism which comes from the base/ground of Orthodox Catholic Christianity is oft times thwarted by subtle means through prison authorities in charge of running the prison. 

The very Root of Christianity is solidly with that which is known and called "Orthodox" by various nationalistic names as with the American Orthodox Church and North American Orthodox Church. We are what the Roman Jurisdiction of the Catholic Church once was many, many decades ago but are no longer for the Roman Jurisdiction has become, more and more like their Protestant progeny!

People:  This jurisdiction is not against people or their variety of religions or denominations whatsoever as we are against heresy, false and misleading ecumenism, the empirical diseases of scholasticism, elitism, syncretism, etc.. 

We embrace the differences in one's self and in other people for so long as those people are willing to be true spiritual strugglers in the faith (Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ) in preparation for the next life. 

As said before, the CHURCH IS A SPIRITUAL HOSPITAL... We condemn no one who sincerely, out of pain of heart, desires to be true CHRISTIAN (Follower and doer of the Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ according to their own nature and degree of ability).  We exclude no one who fits this idea and image of self struggle.  We exclude no clergyman who desires to follow this idea and image of self struggle... if that clergyman desires to join with us and become a part of a true American Orthodox Church (Catholic) ....

We do not embrace falsehood or the altering of the Life and teachings of Jesus Christ, the Holy Apostles and Martyrs and Patristic Fathers of the ancient Church that have come down through time and history to those of us who hold true to that faith once and for all delivered.
