The accuracy of the information about any individual clergyman must be updated or corrected by that individual with verifiable documentation in support of their claim if any correction or update is to be made whatsoever. To update or correct, you must also supply: YOUR E-Mail address, complete secular name, complete religious name, jurisdiction, residence or verifiable mailing address and phone number must be accompanied with the information and documentation submitted with the claim where applicable. Send to the U.S. Mailing Address: American Orthodox Church - Attn: Clergy Database Management, 212 So. 16th Av., Caldwell, ID 83605, U.S.A. In order to ensure a more fair role in providing information and ascertaining Truth, we shall only place a symbol in the photographic area of either "+" or "-" of which both may be included in some instances... to show that there are positive and negative information to that individual or jurisdiction. What this means is that they have gone through the fires of testing for adherence to the faith accepting the fact of the Statement of the Apostles that all have fallen short of the mark of being considered, in the eyes of God, as 'holy' in this life! If there is neither a "+" or a "-" symbol, it indicates that not enough information is available at this time.

By this sign you shall know them as being true to the Catholic faith, East and West (Orthodox and Roman) according to information received. |

Mark I. Miller
assisted by John Harding
N. Christian Wolf
On or about 2:40 a.m. this morning (8/26/2011) Father Donald Weeks went to his repose. We pray that with all the good and bad he experienced in life, that God's forgiveness will be bountiful enough as we add our prayers (like coins in a purse when the deeds of the one going upwards have been exhausted, the prayers become additional means of upwardness as the angles carry the soul of the departed past the demons who shout out our sins... Lest we have not received forgiveness in this life at the time of our repose...) for his climb upward into Paradise where, we pray further, he may find himself with St. Dimass and all the Saints... Amen!
In spite of his ministry, I (+Joseph
Thaddeus-Stanford) must admit that the one last time I talked personally to
Donald, we both forgave each other of our pasts as we bore similarities in many
respects to the various troubles we have been through both together and on
different paths in this life. In the past we had many an "internet" fight
of sorts about the differences we had... and it was not a pretty sight for
onlookers either. I take the blame for the most part as I told him then.
I know, from speaking with him, that he sought forgiveness and gave forgiveness during the last several years of his life.
He thought and contemplated much on the error of our ways and actions in this life. He wanted so much to be remembered as a true spiritual father to so many and for himself to be as true as he could possibly be in the doing. We disagreed much about theological issues which we both agreed was the learning of our relationship to God through the Life and Teachings of Jesus Christ. Yet, we agreed to disagree in the end! Father Donald could be very stubborn and bull headed at times, but he could also be, and was, a very humorous person in retrospect! He knew that I couldn't and wouldn't alter or modify the entry in the Clergy Database [http://www.clergydatabase.com ) for all the reasons and truth that exists. However, he warned me that there were many with him who have, for right or wrong, stand up for him even though history is a fact in spirit and in truth... He knows I was there during much of that early history and involved, even during the I.C.C.I. (under t Archbishop +Bernard Dawe of reposed memory) and other actions and activities when our paths would often cross each other.
It is true that I do seriously believe the last years of his life were in a very contemplative and serious soul searching seeking repentance for both himself and many others including this unworthy repentant one in the vineyard of this life...
May he truly be blessed in spirit and in truth!
May he find the peace of God's Love and that his salvation through Jesus Christ Himself wipes away the tears and makes him clean in spirit and in truth so that he may truly enter into blessedness. Amen!
+Joseph Thaddeus (Stanford)
Metropolitan Archbishop, Archabbot, Presiding (Primate) Archbishop

The following is the unaltered information that has been and will remain !

It is the opinion of some that he left the faith by his diametric opposition to the commission and charge of his initial consecration and opposition to the Seven Ecumenical Councils no matter how many other consecration he may or may not have illicitly obtained...
(Editorial Comment by Bishop Farrell: Metropolitan Archbishops +James Abdul Miklaeovitch (Dennis), Mark I. Miller, MAR Apriam (Morrell) and others stated on about 1983 that there are those, like themselves, who know Mr. Weeks' ordination in the 1970's to the priesthood by Archbishop Michael Francis Augustine Itkin was refuted after Mr. Weeks failed and refused to attend a special Synod wherein other bishops from other jurisdictions were asked to establish a Canonical Court to discuss and decide the matter of Mr. Weeks. And, it was their decision that based on very inaccurate self glaring claims by Mr. Weeks himself, that his ordination should, at the hands of his ordaining bishop, be refuted and withdrawn. Archbishop +Michael Francis Itkin did, in fact, depose, defrock, and excommunicate Donald Pierce Weeks based on the facts with the additional noted remark that the excommunication could only be lifted by his (Itkin's) hands and no other should Mr. Weeks decide he wished to repent and re-enter the priesthood. Mr. Weeks, after being sent certified notification, never replied either even though he did meet with individual bishops involved, after the fact.
In oral testimony given by the Most Rev. Mark I. Miller, he deposed, defrocked and excommunicated Mr. Weeks for the same reasons as his brother Bishop, Michael Francis Augustine Itkin. Attested to by +James Abdul Miklaeovitch (Dennis), Mark I. Miller, MAR Apriam (Morrell) and more than two plus other Bishops and apostles in a true long line of successive apostles.
But, as the old story goes, once ordained a priest who is deposed, defrocked and excommunicated... the formerly ordained and excommunicated will make use of the original documents to make further false claims concerning himself.
And, according to several other bishops, the consecration of Mr. Weeks by Metropolitan Archbishop Wallace David de Ortega Maxey as it was this honorable man who later gave oral testimony in front of witnesses that he was made drunk (admitting his alcoholism) and that he did not voluntary place hands on Mr. Weeks, but that it was done by another... and that the rights, titles and other interests and items claimed by Mr. Weeks were such that had been taken out of his house/home not only by him, but by another bishop as well, including his Episcopal seal and other documents relating to the jurisdictions established by Archbishop Maxey. He further stated that he had deposed, defrocked and excommunicated Mr. Weeks and another purported self-proclaimed "Bishop" for the same reasons as his brother bishops.
Thus, any bishop or group of bishops, it is claimed, who later laid hands on Mr. Weeks, did so under disguise, and any one or more consecrations would be automatically invalid because the initial ordination to the priesthood alone would invalidate any future ordinations and/or consecrations.
Anyone's claim to being an "Old Catholic" and using the BCP who knows history, know that the true Old Catholic Church never allowed for the BCP to be used and never allowed Pentecostalism to be imbibed or introduced into the true Old Catholic Church.
The Old Catholic Church was a separate jurisdiction from the Roman Catholic Church. But, as some also know, the Roman Catholic liturgies are far older than her heresies. The Old Catholic Church used many of the Roman liturgies that were in use at the time that they separated or established the Old Catholic Church apart from the Roman Catholic Church but maintained adherence to many of the Roman Catholic Canons up until that time and continuing without alteration. Thus, the ancient Holy Spirit inspired seven ecumenical councils were very much adhered to including the Seals of the Confessional and never imbibed of heretical actions or activities that allowed for Pentecostalism and other heresies, otherwise they would not be Old Catholics.
Anyone, it is further noted, as is suspected with technology being what it has become since then and over time to even the present time, can make or have made for them such false and misleading documents that appear as though they had inherited such rights, titles and interest, even to the extent of obtaining the further culpable aid and assistance of a civil Notary, and such documents that are claimed to be historical may indeed be altered, modified or changed to suit the personal agendas of another or group for reasons that go beyond just self-image... such that were never a part of the true history of the Old Catholic Church as is alleged has been done.
Anyone who makes different claims are either fallen ones under the fantasy of a purported Bishop and those with him who are not true clergy or bishops, believing a lie as truth and truth as a lie in order to make gain for themselves amongst the people of God!
Only true repentance can cover those errors! May God have Mercy on the day of Judgment! One cannot obtain mercy without repentance for the actions above have done great harms upon the people of God and those who Seek God for their immortal soul. Those who lead or are supposed to be true to "the commission and charge" of their ordinations or consecrations who erred in obtaining them, no matter how much they may have comported their lives later, cannot obtain peace until repentance comes... For the souls they led astray are at stake!
