In order to ensure a more fair role in providing information and ascertaining Truth, we shall only place a symbol in the photographic area of either "+" or "-" of which both may be included in some instances... to show that there are positive and negative information to that individual or jurisdiction.  What this means is that they have gone through the fires of testing for adherence to the faith accepting the fact of the Statement of the Apostles that all have fallen short of the mark of being considered, in the eyes of God, as 'holy' in this life!  If there is neither a "+" or a "-" symbol, it indicates that not enough information is available at this time.

NOTE: It has been said that Wallace David de Ortega Maxey had left the faith at one time.  And it is known that he did not! What he did was take a sabbatical in order to pursue research into other denominations and religions for the purpose of extending his writings which somehow had disappeared along with many of his documents and Church seals.  He opined to Metropolitan Archbishop +Joseph Thaddeus the instances and persons involved but could not prove such for he, admittedly, said he had been resorting to heavy drinking at one point and felt he had been taken advantage of by two other clergymen for purposes of their own self-centered ambitions.
