OUR TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY MISGUIDED MORAL OUTRAGE: ALLEGATIONS/CONVICTIONS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND MOLESTATION

[ Anonymous…because what I have to say in the article will not be acceptable to many people and I do not need the hassels of trying to placate closed and narrow minded people who wouldn't know the truth if it bit them in the butt.]

We are living at a point in time where nothing a person does is their fault. We go out of our way to do studies to come up with half baked ideas to blame our misconduct on everything from the way we were brought up, failures on the part of our parents in raising us, to something in our genes, (I can’t help the way I am because I was breast fed the hard way, by my father, or I was born this way, something in my DNA). Isn’t it amazing how all of the so-called experts who have applied for and received huge amounts of tax-payer’s money to make a study of this, that or the other thing, can always come up with a reason for every thing we do, that is wrong or harmful, to blame it on everything or everybody else?

Just look at the ads on television. If you are overweight, why that’s not your fault, its due to stress that causes your body to produce excess fat in your belly area. Forget the fact that you have tied on the feed bag and forgot to take it off, or that you don’t know enough to push yourself away from the table. How about We hire a shyster lawyer and go sue, to the tune of millions of dollars, McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s for serving us such fattening food, never mind the fact that nobody held you at the point of a gun and forced you to eat in those places.

What about the video games that produce in kids who use them, even for just ten minutes - - - They become aggressive, even to the degree of being diametrically opposed to authority figures; parents, law, teachers, preachers, etc. This is a fact done by recent research… What is more, many of those video games and crap wrap music contain sex and sexual themes no matter how light or little such may be hidden in words, the actions of the wrappers… aggression and sex… What a mix for children to learn at such an early age. Are you proud parents now? You have allowed it in your homes, in your schools and in your entertainments. Such role models you have become. No wonder government steps in, even though they do an even worse job.

I can go on, but I think you get the point.

But there is another area in which we, as a society, are taking away any personal blame on the part of victims of sexual molestation. Now before anyone has a coronary over what I am saying, please hear me out first. I am NOT talking about innocent victims who have been kidnapped, sexually molested and then murdered. Nor am I talking about little kids who are inappropriately touched, either by relatives or strangers. So just what am I talking about? I am talking about our hypocritical society when it comes to teenagers and sexuality, and when it comes to children in general, and sexuality. Let me explain.

We all know that by the time a child reaches the age of thirteen, they know the difference between right and wrong, baring any sort of mental incapacity.

In the Jewish religion, a boy is considered to be a man when he reaches the age of thirteen. That is when he makes his Bar Mitzvah and becomes a full member of his religious community.

The Catholic Church had placed the age of reason (knowing the difference between right and wrong) at seven years of age.

Many times, if a child, at the age of thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, has any kind of sexual encounter or relationship with an adult, someone eighteen years or older, right away, all of the blame is laid at the feet of the adult, and the “victims” are coddled and told it wasn’t their fault, nothing they did was the cause for what “happened to them”. Then the so-called experts love to appear on all of the talk shows they can find, and expound on how the adult perpetrator “stole the poor victims’ childhood” or “robbed them of their innocence”. I say that this is so much B.S.

In the first place, many of the so-called “victims”, male or female, instigate a lot of the sexual contact, and if any one reading this, doubts what I am saying, then you are living in a dream world. Many of these so-called “victims” who supposedly had their innocence stolen by the adult, have already been engaging in sexual activity with their peers.

Many of you parents, who are so outraged if an underage teen has sex with an adult, because you think your child was a virgin before the contact with the adult, had better pull your heads out of the sand and look at the real world.

Just what do you think your son or daughter are doing when they bring their friends of the opposite sex over, and you allow them to bring that friend into their bedrooms with the door closed?

Sometimes they are even doing it with their friends of the same sex. I have personally observed girls as young as eleven and twelve years old, dressed in very sexually provocative clothing, flaunting themselves in very sexual ways at older men. I have also seen young boys, some as young as twelve, sit and rub their private parts in front of adult males. Once, I even asked a young boy why he was doing that. His answer was rather shocking, he said, “Maybe he will get horny enough to want to give me a ‘hand job’ or have oral sex with me, then if I let him, I can get him to buy me stuff.” Then there are other boys who do it just because they want to find out what it feels like to have a man “do” them. But NO, according to the “experts”, it is never the child’s fault, so we do nothing to punish the child for their part in the incident.

Another thing that is wrong, when it comes to sexual abuse of minors is when it comes to the sex of the one doing the “abusing”. If a man is charged with sexual abuse of a minor, society cries out to have the guy put away for life or worse. Now society wants to have them branded and stigmatized for life and make them wear electronic tracking devises for life. But if the abuser happens to be a woman, then the majority of society feels that she shouldn’t be punished, because she and the minor boy are in love, or gee that kid is so Oh-Sooooo lucky because he got to score with an older woman.

A big misconception that a lot of people have, also, is that women very rarely molest children. This is FALSE. Back in the 1960’s, I read a report of a study that was done by Masters and Johnson, which stated that just as many women as men, if not more, sexually molest children, and a lot of mothers actually molest their own children, but they can do it in such a way as to appear innocent, often doing it while bathing their children. It has only been recently learned that we are seeing more women, especially teachers, being arrested and charged with sexual abuse of their underage students, but even if they are arrested, charged and convicted, their treatment and sentences are far more lenient then what a man receives. This is hypocrisy and a double standard in a society where the sexes are supposed to be equal.

Another huge problem, when it comes to the sexualization of our children, is the hard cold fact that so many parents, educators, and even religious leaders, who seem to get so upset over sexual molesters “stealing a child’s innocence”, seem to over-look the fact that our children are having their innocence stolen on a daily basis, while in school, in their homes, out on the streets, just about every where. There is almost nothing, these days, that doesn’t use sexually oriented materials to get their message out. Every day, all day long, we hear advertisements for male enhancement pills or products, male impotence medications, women or girls in very sexually provocative clothing to advertise everything from burgers to cars, to clothing. There is hardly a television program that doesn’t promote homosexuality, promiscuity, some kin of sexuality, etc.

When we send our children to school, they are bombarded with more sex in the guise of sex education. More often then not, these sex education courses promote the “virtues” of the variant life-styles, and it does nothing to stem the numbers of children engaging in sex. They even go so far as to hand out condoms and birth control pills to our children which just encourages the kids to have sex all the more. So where is their innocence? Stand outside of any junior high, senior high or middle school, and look at how your “innocent” children are dressed for school, and watch and listen to how they act and talk to each other. I have seen boys go to school with their pants down almost to their knees so that their underwear are just about totally exposed, and I have seen girls with uncombed hair and make up slapped on their faces, making them look like little hookers. If you listen to how they talk to the boys, they even sound like prostitutes. I am speaking of girls and boys as young as thirteen years of age.

Yet many of you continue to think your child(ren) is so innocent… You are a fool if you do!

Another fact is the constant B.S., that is handed out about how a child is scared for life if they have a sexual encounter with an adult. This is only partly true, in that if the child were forced against their will, then yes, they will be scared for life.

Rape is not something that should be taken lightly, but when a child of thirteen or older is sexually accosted by an adult, they are generally big enough and strong enough to fight off the molester or to run away. If they don’t, if they stay and allow it to happen, not just once, but many times, it is because they enjoy it and want it to continue, and they seldom suffer from long-time emotional disorders because of it.

Believe me, I know because I have worked with plenty of kids who fell into the category of either instigating the sexual contact, or allowing it to continue because they enjoyed what was being done, therefore they are JUST as guilty and very much to blame as the adult who “abused” them, and they should be held accountable under the law, NOT treated as poor innocent victims.

If you think that all of the grown men who came forward claiming to have been sexually abused by priests, twenty, thirty and even forty years after the incident, did it because they all were suffering from deep-seated, long term emotional and mental anguish because of the “molestation”, you again are sadly mistaken.

There might have been a few who came forward for that reason, but you can bet your life that the majority did it because they found a quick way to make tons of money at the Church’s expense. If these “victims” did not like what was happening to them, why did they let it continue over and over again, why didn’t they tell someone? And, why did they wait so many years to come forward? After all, the offending priests did not kidnap the kids … they didn’t force them at gun point. And what of the large number of teens who log onto various chat rooms for the express purpose of having an eventual sexual encounter. Have you ever seen what so many of these innocent kids are saying to each other on line? I have, and it is disgusting to say the least.

I am NOT excusing any adult who engages in sexual activities with minors or teenagers by any means… they should be punished if they are guilty, and both men and women should be punished equally.

Woman who have sexual encounters with minors (male or female) should not receive lighter sentences then male offenders, just because they are women. Second, when a minor, from the age of thirteen to seventeen (male or female), has permitted the so-called molestation to go on for a period of time, and kept returning to the company of the adult molester time and again, he or she should be held accountable for their part in the act. It is about time that people, including our children, are taught to be accountable for their actions or lack there of. It is well past time that we stop blaming everything or everyone else for our own failure to do or not do something.

Sorry folks, but contrary to what you wish to believe, we are all responsible for our own actions or inactions, for what we do or fail to do. When one stands before the Almighty on the day of Judgment, God will not accept the excuse that it was something in your genes, in your DNA, or in how your parents treated you as to why you do the things you did. No matter what our genetic make up or family life that we grew up in, all of us have been endowed with FREE WILL. This means that all of us have the power to say “yes” or “no” to any given situation.

Editorial Comment: Psychologists who testify in court cases of child abuse, sex molestation are more often than not partners with the Child Welfare System and thus they will more likely give tell the court(s) only that which will reinforce the case against the defendant in favor of the child with little to no mention of the child’s engaging activities, even if known.

It is true that an adult in such cases should be able to say “NO” to the child. In this day and age it is more often than not a situation in which the child of 12, 13 or older knows they have the controlling power over the adult because the child can blackmail or control the adult with making his or her (adult) aware of the fact that the child can pick up the phone or write a letter, or even tell a parent (may be the other parent) that they (child) can launch a horrendous complaint against the one they are after for sex. Don’t think for one moment this hasn’t happened and that it is minimal if it happens at all. Don’t even think that a disgruntled parent uses their child to get even with the other parent by making false charges against the other parent, or uncle, or God-Father, or God-Mother, or neighbor. It happens far more often than one would like to think!

One of the most brutal laws leveraged into the legal system and the courts is the “Hearsay” laws. All a child has to do is make a complaint (or a parent who has coached or used psychological manipulation on a child) to authorities. Once the authorities receive the complaint, they must investigate. But in most instances, especially during those times in which the local politics is such that elections are about to take place, the D.A.’s office and the police department(s) along with Welfare case workers - - - all of them are vying for public attention to promote their own political action candidate(s), etc… Thus, the case is not able to receive the justice it deserves because everyone involved is actually wanting to use it to make a case so they appear as though they have “cleaned the scum” off society out of their local area… False convictions are made and later on in time it may, in some instances, come to the public’s attention that the initial conviction was indeed false and untrue. But, by that time, the damage is done and there is no way in which true repair can be made for the one falsely convicted because the information stays on the database of law enforcement locally, state-wide and nationally… It stays with the one falsely convicted for the remainder of their life.

There are far too many who are falsely convicted on “hearsay” without solid, viable, definite evidence in these days and you the public have the asinine attitude that if someone is convicted they must factually be “guilty”…. If that were indeed true and our justice system is so perfect how in the world can you account for the numerous false convictions of those sentenced to death and who were on death rows in all states of the U.S.A. and released because DNA evidence found them to be factually innocent… If you claim to be “Christian” and still hold to the idea that all who are convicted are guilty… then you are indeed close minded, false Christians who are following the Evil One, the Anti-Christ!

We have seen and hard, in juvenile and adult court cases where a prosecuting attorney (D.A. or ass’t) has told a child or teenager when hearing that the child or minor has finally admitted outside of court that nothing happened… told the child or minor that if they change their story he will prosecute them and his or her family too. Thus, putting fear into the mind of the child or minor to the degree that they will continue with the lie and send an innocent one to being a registered sex offender for life. The court is supposed to be about truth and justice, not a means to continue a lie and injustice. But that is exactly what is happening today.

The majority of those convicted are probably guilty… but there is growing larger number theses days who are found to be factually innocent even though the courts are unwilling to overturn their convictions in most instances regardless of the evidence later found to prove their innocence after the conviction. What does this say about our Justice System and you? Not very good at all…. Keep wagging your tongues likes sheep who have walked away from the Good Shepherd for you have become part and parcel of the problem, not the solution, you have become Anti-Christian without even knowing it! The Book of Revelation most certainly talks about you! Are you proud now? You will have much to be accountable to God when you are judged at the first judgment on the day of your death… and as a nation at the second judgment as a part of the society you are responsible for.

There is the problem… and there is a solution, but you, as parents, teachers, lawyers, doctors, judges, law enforcement personnel, psychologists and more… all of you are actually responsible for these many things and you sit idly by and do little to nothing except to expound words of concern without taking blame… Yes! You are responsible for the mess facing our children and the justice system….

As having been, yourselves, children … you were educated in your own youth and continue to educate youth today in sex, unadulterated sex! The most infamous words in most families today is not “Read the Bible,” but “Oh…. F- - k you!”. This happens between parents, adults and children these days. This mental image is no stranger in the minds of youth who understand exactly what its physical connotation means and implies. The image itself established at an early age in the mind of a child that he or she, unconsciously, has a license to engage in sex, in the very thing that mental image graphically implies. You may not think anything of it… but you are the example by which a child and all other youth become educated. You are to blame!

But not a one of you are actually willing to take responsible action and claim responsibility either… you don’t want to know the solution because you too would be affected by it to an even greater and more severe degree!

May God have mercy on your soul!

Some are "haters of truth" who follow (whether they are willing to admit it) those who have sway over less educated or ignorant... as their are also those who do not even know what they are doing because they seek glory to satisfy their own vanity and selfish pride to take over a church or jurisdiction of another, or to wreck havoc over those whom they hate without considering the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ.

If you should ever receive an e-mail with an attachment purporting to be from anyone at "apostle1.com" - "apostle1.org" or even "apostle1.net" - - - know that our policy is to not send out e-mail from any of our domain names with an attachment. Therefore, don't open it! If you receive any e-mail from apostle1.com, apostle1.org or apostle1.net and have never before communicated with us... even if you have communicated with us... verify, verify and again, verify.

Unless we know exactly from whom an e-mail comes... nothing is clicked on or opened, not even attachments! You would be surprised from whom 'hate' e-mail arrives and what attempts and extremes they go to make their e-mails "look" official when it is a lone person or persons who hate TRUTH and love lies, hate anything from being posted that involves TRUTH because they may be affected with exposure to the LIVING TRUTH of Jesus Christ's Love.

They HATE some of the news, quotes, and such as to inform the general public. Some of them pose as clergy, while a few are actually clergy from various "other" offshoot AMERICAN ORTHODOX CHURCH jurisdiction(s) of the same name of which we are, in some instances, their former MOTHER CHURCH (as is the same named Toledo, Ohio based an offshoot); having joined in and with "Independent" churches who have nothing to do with us or even true Orthodoxy, but seek to go out of their way to character assassinate and disparage religious web sites who do not meet their own brand of standardization which is evidence of their being not truly "Orthodox" "Christian" or even "Catholic" no matter what their nomenclatured corporate name may be. The Toldeo, Ohio based same name group under their so-called leader has been deposed, defrocked and excommunicated four different times by various bishops. He, and several others, have become just as bad as the modern day Ecumenists of the National Council of Churches, World Council of Churches, the World Council of Bishops and more. Their ultimate aim and goal is destruction of those from whom they had either originated from or gone through to obtain the same named "church" they claim to hold to by civil law in their state.

Remember, anything that is a HALF TRUTH is not truth at all, but a lie! Many there are that you may know who fit those descriptions... pray for them. Pray that God will send his Spirit of Truth upon them and lead them to Salvation through tears of Repentance, conversion of their cold and calculating hearts toward seeking forgiveness from God and those whom they attempt to harm.

Those who receive e-mail from us, know who we are and from where we send mail. There are also many who know that they can send e-mail under another group or person's e-mail address, which has been happening. If you receive e-mail that purports itself to be from any one or all of us, verify first by hitting your "reply" button and ask, "I received this e-mail but would like verification that it is from you."

If you are of another jurisdiction, you too could find that your parishioners, clergy and faithful might become subject to the same as we have recently found.

Let this be a warning to visitors so as to be safeguarded against unscrupulous e-mails which contain viruses, worms and unsavory material from person(s) organizations or institutions that are more self-serving than uplifting and informatively news worthy.

For ourselves, we have, as in the past, so once again, acquired the assistance of those who are able and capable of tracing e-mails back to their source and taking appropriate action in North America.

We have learned that the organization we subscribe to, whose members come from various legal and law enforcement backgrounds amongst other areas of society, are committed to the faith even though they may hold different theologies. Yet, in their monitoring of electronic communications of various persons or people, be it in California, Michigan, Ohio or other states, they do not always make haste to bring perpetrators to justice until after enough evidence has been gained in order to build a solid case.

We do not always know what information they have gained, but we do know the organization, whom we've been asked not to name; has had a 97% success rate in bringing to justice and obtaining a conviction against individuals, people, and sometimes even religious organizations of a person that gives the appearance of having both secular and religious bearing interests, but who abuse and misuse technology. The organization views those who abuse and misuse the internet and other technologies as nothing more than a form of "domestic terrorism" and "hate crimes"- - - - and, it would seem to appear that the courts are in agreement!

Those kinds of people, organizations, etc. who misuse and abuse communication technologies, who commit domestic terrorism and hate crimes are no different than those who attempt to use coercive measures, and in some instance, even blackmail for the same idea is involved... to cause havoc and wreckage, to destroy the spirit and activity of those who struggle in the faith out of pain of heart for the Orthodox Church which is TRUTH. The degree that some have been known to go to, as seen by other jurisdictions, is to take advantage of questionably mentally challenged or those who have a lack of education and understanding to get them to make statements, even outright lies, in writing, in order to destroy. Such persons or groups are spiritual terrorists for unholy and un-Orthodox causes, aims and goals.

Yes, our Metropolitan Archbishop, +Joseph Thaddeus, SSJt., Ph.D. strongly defends the Seals of the Confessional for such leads to true Repentance in thought, word and deed whereby the penitent is required to make amends, where possible, to seek forgiveness of those harmed by one's actions whether real or imagined, and to give forgiveness to those who ask for it, as required by the injunction of Jesus Christ... those have intentionally caused harm must seek forgiveness before taking the Holy Body and Blood in the Eucharist. The reality of this understanding is bound up in and with the findings for which cause our Metropolitan Archbishop had been character assassinated by the hate monger who errant makes the claim that "...the court prevented him from breaking the Seals of the Confessional" which is not the truth at all.... The workings of Holy Spirit will not be daunted by those who attempt to cause disruption through alleged "Hate Crimes" and internet terrorism! It is for these and other reasons that you are urged to read what true repentance and forgiveness means for real "Christians".
